Accidentally sent your order to the wrong address? Again?
Don't Panic. Just contact us as soon as possible and we'll happily make the change on our end if your order hasn't shipped yet.
If your order has been shipped we cannot exchange the item.
We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know (Contact Us).
We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee, which means 60 day returns and exchanges - No questions asked.
Change of mind return:
To qualify for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] for our return procedure.
Product Defects:
If your item arrives with a product defect (damaged in the post or a printing issue), we provide a no return refund. Just provide photo's of the defect and we'll be happy to sort everything out.
When you place your order we go to work creating your product.
Normally it takes 1-3 business days to print, cut, sew then ship each order. This can extend to 5 business days from late November through to Christmas.
After dispatching your order, it takes 10 to 20 business days in the USA, 15 to 20 business days to Canada and 15 to 30 business days everywhere else.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and include full tracking to delivery.
